  • 50-minute bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions in person (Houston) or via Zoom

  • Ability to process individualized imbalances and investigate habitual behaviors that affect our actions

  • Personalized action plans to keep you moving forward

  • Accountability from your coach.  We're in it together.

  • Access to a community of like-minded women

  • Customized nutrition plans to meet your goals

  • Optional fitness plans to up level your exercise routine

  • Seasonal workshops at a discounted price.

INVESTMENT: $250/month

3 month or 6 month commitment required.
